After killing his three-year-old son, who he claimed was not his bloodline, he immediately took the child’s body and threw it into a pond and then immediately took a rope and hung himself from a tree, ending his life. Mwanza Provincial Police Commissioner Wilbroard Mutafungwa said that after finding the child’s body, they immediately began searching for the father who could be said to have killed him and thrown him into the pond. During the search, they found the man hanging from a tree and had already been put in a coma. The child’s body was immediately handed over to his family for burial, while the man’s body was immediately taken to the hospital for a post-mortem.
